The moment you have created an account on this website means the rules are for you to follow. The Staff of ODX.comFC has the right to delete or change your account and profile anytime depending on your behaviour to others. We definitely have our own definition of what is “Fair & Friendly” communication and we do act on this definition in order to keep it on the right level! Also when members from this community meet each other on Xbox Live or other networks the rules for communication mentioned above are for you to follow. Violating these rules can lead to a permanent ban from this community and website, depending on your communication afterwards. If you have questions about our community policy you can contact one of the Staff members .

Liability

Although the Staff and mods try to scan and take action on all forms of “Unfair & Unfriendly” communication recently, we can’t assure you that we discover some things immediately. If you are feeling personally attacked or unpleased about some communication, please contact one of the Staff members to mediate in the conflict.

The Staff of ODX.comFC take no responsibility for all actions and communication on the website and between members on online networks. Only the Staff and different moderators have the right to edit or delete all kinds of communication on this website in order to keep the Fair & Friendly communication on the right level.

We will not guarantee the accuracy, validity, integrity or security status of any content on this website, and will accept no liability from any issues that may result from it. We do not scan all hosted files for viruses.

Accounts & Behaviour

Do not join this website more then once (hence creating multiple accounts). If you cannot remember your password, use the "password recovery" option to set up your password again. If problems persist please contact one of the Staff members. Do not pose as, or wilfully act as, a member of the Staff !!! When you have created an account on this website you are instantly a member of ODX.comFC and therefore promise not to be unfriendly, obscene, rude, a racist, sexual, hateful, threatening or otherwise against the law. We do appreciate if you use the same accountname as your Xbox Live Gamertag or other online identification.

General posting/submission guidelines

Do not post any copyrighted material for which you have no right to do so. Do not repeatedly use strong/harsh swearing or sexual references. Do not be too sexually graphic. Do not link to or post pornography, only mild and non-sexually motivated nudity is allowed. Do not submit any content that you know to contain viruses or commonly exploited security holes. Do not post a link to a website that contains material that would be in violation of the rules if posted directly on this website. Special exceptions may be given by the Staff when clear warnings are put in place. Do not incite illegal activity, either directly, or by educating with the obvious purpose to make it more achievable. Do not spam this website:

• You must be moderately confident that anything posted will interest at least the minority of the members;
• You must not post material more than once unless there is a good reason, from the point of view of other members.

Chat

In no circumstances you may use the shoutbox to start or continue a sexually suggestive dialogue with any member under the age of consent (whichever age is highest between any geographic region where the hypothetical parties are located).

Feedback

All the feedback related forums and pages were created so members may contact the Staff on matters that require attention. Please make an extra effort to not go off-topic in these areas, and use the most appropriate channels when communicating to the Staff. Our Staff must read every last post of feedback, so off-topic messages will annoy them.

You may not, unless explicitly given permission by Staff members , try to hack into the website. For the purpose of this rule, 'hacking' or 'cracking' includes any technique designed to compromise the security or stability of the website.

Website, Forum & Gaming

First of all, on the main page we bring you the best (custom made) news about Xbox 360 games and all related subjects. The Staff also use the main page sometimes to bring you the latest news about the whole community. If you have questions about the news or you are interested in the role ‘News Poster’ you can contact diebox for more information.

Then we have of course our endless up-to-date forums about Xbox 360 games and our special “PC section” to communicate about PC-related games or subjects. There is a lot more to do on our forum, but that is for you to find out yourself. Everything you want to know is there and ready to serve YOU to really satisfy your gaming experience! If you have questions about the game forums you can contact either Sol76, Tha Real Cuber, diebox  for more information.

On the website we also have a calendar attached to the forum where you can search for online games, create online games, subscribe to a planned event or just watch for birthdays of our members. When you are active on the calendar try to be very clear in planning events. The strong side of forums is that you can read it anytime you want but remember you can only explain your real message to peaple once in a post. We also have the ability for members to create and manage their own clan on the website in order to bring in some real competition. When you have made a clan you are automatically the clanleader of that clan and therefore be able to moderate and manage a forum board that only can be entered by clanmembers and Staff.

Purple ODX-community members have the status of 'Special Guest'. These members have proven exclusive value to this community. Therefor Special Guests have the ability to talk to Staff-members in a 'closed' forum board about different developments within the community.
